- Transfer done from bank account but not reflecting in bank wallet : If you have added funds via NEFT\RTGS option and the amount has been deducted from your bank account but not reflecting in your CoinDCX Wallet please do not worry. We will process this transaction & the amount will reflect in your CoinDCX wallet within 24-48 hrs. Please do remember to share your deposit transaction id to process the fund transfer. - If amount doesn’t reflect within 24-48 hours : This might happen if you forgot to add your deposit transaction id. Again, do not worry, in such a case your funds will be reverted back to your bank account within the next 2-3 days.
Considering the ongoing issue, please avoid adding funds to your CoinDCX wallet using NEFT\RTGS option until further notice.
