CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Please read this agreement carefully before participating in this Contest. By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. This contest conducted by CoinDCX, is subject to the participant’s agreement to the terms and conditions as described herein.
ELIGIBILITY:
The CoinDCX “#DCXfie” Contest is open only to those who are legal residents of India, are legally competent to enter into the Contest. Employees of CoinDCX and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, partners or officers of CoinDCX and/ or of any entity involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of the Contest, including any advertising or promotion agency, parent company, service provider, subsidiary or affiliate of any such entity or any other entity directly associated with CoinDCX or any member of the immediate family of and/ or person living in the same household as such persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE to enter the Contest.
Contest Duration:
• The contest will be held on 18th July, 20th July and 23rd July, 3:00 PM onwards as per match timings.
• Selected Entries will be announced through CoinDCX Social Media Handles .
Contest Terms and Conditions
1. Terms and Conditions (T&C’s): Mere shortlisting of entries shall not infer or imply winning the Contest and shall be subject to the selection among all entries.
2. Entrants are strictly prohibited from posting any defamatory, libellous, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, or unlawful material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law to this contest and/ or violate of any laws, in contempt of court, anti- national or against the declared public policies of the nation or defamatory to any religious faith or anything which panders to puritan taste, interfere/infringe upon any rights under applicable laws (including, but not limited to copyright, trademark, design or contract) of any third party.
3. Content and/ or any entries uploaded by the Participant, is subject to moderation and screening/ filtration and entries will take time to be reflected.
4. Gratification in the Contest may be rescinded if CoinDCX determines that there has been an infringement of the entry requirements or public order and morality.
5. Participant acknowledges that CoinDCX reserves all rights to delete/ reject the entry at its absolute and sole discretion on any reasonable ground, including but not limited to: (a) received after closing time, (b) CoinDCX believes that an entry contravenes these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to, failure to acknowledge receipt of their win, or provide full and correct name and address, etc., and incomplete/ incorrect entries from third party agents.
6. CoinDCX will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
7. CoinDCX shall not be responsible in case of change in dates of Contest or cancellation thereof for any reason beyond CoinDCX’s control including but not limited to Force Majeure.
8. While participating in the Contest, furnishing of personal details and contact(s), if any, to CoinDCX shall be treated as due consent to receive any communication from CoinDCX, including but not limited to, marketing, promotional messages/ calls, etc. at the contact details provided.
9. Each Participant irrevocably consents and permits CoinDCX and its agencies to use his/her name, content posted by the Participant, etc., for advertising and other promotional purposes related to the Offers or CoinDCX brand, without payment of any additional compensation.
10. The use of multiple identities by the same Participant is strictly prohibited and Participants suspected of using multiple identities are subject to immediate disqualification.
11. Winners’ personal information shall be subject to the applicable privacy policy of CoinDCX, and shall be used for the purposes/ in relation to the Contest, including but not limited to, dispatch of gratifications, management of entries, and display of winning entries, and for purposes incidental to these activities.
12. Contest shall not be applicable (Void) wherever prohibited by Law, Central or State being in force, during the period of this Contest.
13. Participants who have not attained the age of majority i.e. 18 shall invariably be required to tender a written consent from their parent/ guardian in order to claim Gratification.
14. Entries received after closing time will not be processed. Incomplete/ incorrect entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible.
15. By sharing entries, Participants grant to CoinDCX a perpetual,
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify, publish, post, transmit and distribute the photographs/ entries in any manner as desired by CoinDCX. All the photographs/ ideas/ thoughts/ submitted during entries shall become sole property of CoinDCX and CoinDCX shall be at liberty to use the entries, for advertisement or publicity without any further communication or consideration to the winner.
16. Mere participation in the Contest or sending the entry (ies) does not entitle the Participant to gratification. Any fraudulent conduct or use of unfair means, tools, and software shall dis entitle the Participant. CoinDCX reserves its right to disqualify, at its sole discretion, any entry which is illegible, incomplete, defaced, indecipherable or corrupt or which does not comply with any of the terms and conditions given herein.
17. Decision of CoinDCX in terms of selection of entries shall be at its own discretion and shall be final and binding.
18. Participant acknowledges and agrees that CoinDCX shall not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death, or loss of, or damage to property, which might be suffered or sustained in connection with the Contest or the Gratification, except to the extent to any liability not excluded by law.
19. The Participant hereby agrees and undertakes to hold harmless and indemnify CoinDCX and/ or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, either direct or remote that they may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claim to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of the any act or omission of the Participant.
20. CoinDCX may at its sole discretion, without advance notice, cancel, suspend or postpone or change the duration of the Contest at any time.
21. CoinDCX reserves the right to amend / modify The ‘Terms and Conditions’ contained herein from time to time without giving any prior notice.
22. Disputes, if any, relating to this Contest shall be dealt in accordance with Laws Applicable in India & courts in New Delhi shall have the exclusive Jurisdiction over the subject matter.
23. The Contest is just for engaging customers or prospects and there is neither any relation to any sort of gambling, lottery etc. nor CoinDCX/ its agency has any intention of harming any sentiments of society/ persons who do not qualify.
24. Any and all applicable taxes as may be applicable from time to time in relation to the Contest or acceptance of the reward/ gift shall be borne by the Participant. CoinDCX shall not in any manner be liable or responsible for the same.
25. Participant acknowledges that CoinDCX policies, including but not limited to, CoinDCX Social Media Policy, etc. is applicable.
26. The winners will be notified in 4-5 business days after the last ODI through official social media handles of CoinDCX. All Gratifications are non-refundable and non-transferable.
27. This activity is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook/ Twitter/ Instagram.
28. Participant represents & warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws and any/all information submitted by him/her is true, correct, accurate & complete.
29. Entries/ posts must be original work of the Participant, free of plagiarism and third party claims, intellectual property or otherwise and all rights (including copyright) must be held by the entrant. Entry shall not be subject to any restrictions as to use, publication, reproduction, duplication, copying in any way or infringe any applicable laws. Further, Participants acknowledge that use of non-original photographs/ content including any third party source like other websites or blogs shall not be considered as valid entries and may also constitute infringement of copyright for which CoinDCX shall not be responsible in any manner. In addition, photographs/ content featuring/ of any third party shall be posted only pursuant to obtaining their due consent and CoinDCX shall not be liable for any claims, disputes etc. arising in relation thereto. Any reference to content in the T&Cs includes that all the data, materials, design, representation, guidelines and information(s) in any manner, including but not limited to audio, video, photos, signage, words, letters, models, voice, background music/ sound, etc. used/ published/ posted/ used by Participants.
30. Participants unequivocally grant to CoinDCX, a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free license to use, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify, publish, post, transmit and distribute the photographs/ posts/ direct messages, content and any other information/ data as desired by CoinDCX. Photos/ posts/ content entered may be published by CoinDCX or its agencies on various platforms, including but not limited to, on CoinDCX websites and on social media platforms. CoinDCX may edit or alter the photos entered by trimming or addition of image effects, music or sound effects. All the photographs/ ideas/ thoughts/ submitted during entries shall become sole property of CoinDCX and CoinDCX shall be at liberty to use the posts/ pictures/ content/ direct messages/ feature the winner, for advertisement or publicity or acknowledgement without any further communication or consideration to the winner/ Participant.
31. Any and all applicable taxes as may be applicable from time to time in relation to the Contest or acceptance of the reward/ gift/ gratification shall be borne by the Participant. CoinDCX shall not in any manner be liable or responsible for the same.
32. All gratification/ prizes shall be on As Is basis & as per stocks availability. CoinDCX shall not be responsible for non-availability of Prize due to various reasons like climatic conditions, labour unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, Government decisions, operational & technical issues or any other force majeure conditions etc. Prize cannot be exchanged with any other product or item, is non-transferable & cannot be en-cashed under any circumstances.
33. Contest shall be void in any state where prohibited by law (currently or in future), including but not limited to, the state of Tamil Nadu, etc. Accordingly, in such case, CoinDCX shall not be liable to provide any reward/ prize, or compensation to the Participant on any account.
34. CoinDCX shall have the right to disqualify / cancel the entries of any Participant with incomplete information or illegal contents (statement of racist, sexist or defamatory) or on any other grounds without giving any reasons.
35. Failure by CoinDCX to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
36. In no event shall CoinDCX be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Contest, its services these Terms(however arising, including negligence). CoinDCX shall not be responsible for any product or service liability of any kind.
37. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the Contest, these Terms shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.
38. Contest shall not be applicable (Void) wherever prohibited by Law, Central or State being in force, during the period of this Contest.

40. All materials contained within the promotional material of the Contest, and in the collaterals are property of CoinDCX. Reproduction of any materials from this site without written permission is strictly prohibited.
41. CoinDCX or agency assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the promotion.
42. CoinDCX or agency accept no responsibility for no call-back/SMSs/ response not delivered to Participants due to network failure or any other technical glitch in the system . Also, if the participant is not available to receive the prize on the designated date and time, then CoinDCX or agency is not responsible for re-dispatching the gratification product.
43. CoinDCX or agency reserves the right to use all registration information for its official and promotional purposes.
44. CoinDCX shall not be liable for any technical, physical delay in transmission or submission of the entries by the Participant or any disruptions, losses, damages, computer related malfunctions/ failures which affect the participation of the Participant or any force majeure conditions or damages caused by Act of God, Governmental actions. CoinDCX shall also not be responsible for non-availability of Stock(s) or Prize(s) due to various reasons like climatic conditions, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies or operational & technical issues.
Participation Criterion/ How to Enter:
The Participants have to follow all of the below mentioned these steps to participate in the Contest
1) Participants must follow CoinDCX on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
2) To enter the contest participants must use the hashtag #DCXfie
3) While streaming the match, each time a Participant spots CoinDCX logo, Participant must click a picture or, take a screenshot.
4) Participants have to tweet or post a story on their Instagram profile the picture/shot and tag our official handle @CoinDCX for twitter and @coindcxofficial on Instagram and use #DCXfie.
5) Winners will be shortlisted via online randomizer across the platform and 5 lucky entries will be selected.
6) Winners may be contacted via social media platforms by CoinDCX or its authorized agency.
7) Post Successful contact and verification that includes but is not limited to, compliance of T&Cs, correct details, etc. gratification will be directly sent to the winner’s registered address by CoinDCX’s Authorized Program Management Company. Delivery of Assured Prizes will be 7-8 business days from the day of announcing the winners on social media platforms.
8) All Lucky Draws will be done on a random basis through a computerized system by CoinDCX Authorized Third Party Agency to keep the transparency.
9) All rights for the draw are reserved solely with CoinDCX.
10) The decision of CoinDCX or agency for declaring any winner as valid or not, is final and no representation against such decision shall be accepted.
11) CoinDCX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or Participants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the Contest.
12) As a gratification, 5 lucky winners will be selected and featured on our page.
