- These terms and conditions shall govern the EMerge Coin-back Festival Offer (“Offer”). The user (“User”) shall always comply with the Terms of Use and hereby agree that they have read and understood the terms of the Risk Disclosure and the Privacy Policy governing the use of the Online Platforms of CoinDCX.
- The Users can buy any token (“Virtual Digital Asset -VDA”) and get a flat 5% Ethereum (upto maximum ₹100) coin-back (“Coin-back”) on their total buy volume during the period of the campaign i.e., between 16 September, 2022 to 21 September, 2022.
- In order to be eligible to win Coin-back, the User has to place a successful valid ‘BUY’ order. The User hereby understands and agrees that no Coin-back shall be payable in any other case and order types unless specifically mentioned by CoinDCX.
- Three (3) lucky winners will be selected and will each get an iPad from CoinDCX. However, only a select few Users of CoinDCX (“Limited Users”) are eligible to participate in this offer, and CoinDCX shall have sole discretion in determining and selecting such Limited Users. CoinDCX team will reach out to those who wins iPads to provide more information about how to have their iPads delivered. The manner of delivering the iPads shall be as per the internal process followed by CoinDCX.
- The manner and distribution of the Coin-back shall be as per the internal process followed by CoinDCX.
- Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as assigned to them under the Terms of Use.
- Multiple User sign ups from the same device will be disqualified to avail any Offer benefits and the User shall be ineligible to participate in the Offer launched by CoinDCX. Further, CoinDCX shall have a right to reverse any benefits received under the Offer. CoinDCX shall have a right to proceed against the User in such manner as it may deem fit.
- In case the User does not complete their KYC successfully, the User shall be ineligible for receipt of any benefits under the Offer. CoinDCX shall have the right to reverse the previously credited Coin-back and/or withdraw already granted iPads and CoinDCX disclaims all liability and responsibility in this regard.
- Users can perform any number of transactions during the campaign. There is no minimum transaction value to be eligible to participate in this campaign.
- Coin-back will be credited to the user’s account within 3 working days after 21 September 2022. However, if there is a technical failure or unforeseen circumstances, these timelines may not be met by CoinDCX. CoinDCX does not undertake any liability for the same.
- CoinDCX shall have the sole right and discretion to decide and declare the eligible Users for Coin-back reward. The User hereby waives all rights to dispute any decision of CoinDCX in this regard and CoinDCX does not undertake any liability, responsibility or guarantee towards any User.
- CoinDCX holds all rights to revoke the reward or any rights therein in case of any fraud, breach of network security, misrepresentation, negligence, any activity in order to avail the benefits of the Offer by any illegal or immoral means, breach of applicable law or terms herein by any User. CoinDCX shall have a right to proceed against the User in a manner as CoinDCX may deem fit.
- CoinDCX reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, modify, cancel the Offer or any terms contained herein for any or all of its User(s).
- The User, by participating in this referral program, hereby agree and grant their consent to CoinDCX for sharing their in-app activity with each other including any survey, statistics etc
- The User who are participating in the Offer under any sub-broker/ sub-account shall be disqualified.
- The User hereby agree and acknowledge that CoinDCX does not undertake any guarantee or warranty on the quality of any third party product or service being distributed under the Offer and shall not be liable for any defects or discrepancies.
- The User shall indemnify and keep CoinDCX indemnified at all times for and against any loss, costs, damages, expenses, liabilities, claims arising out of any breach by the User of the terms contained herein or of any applicable laws.
- The EMerge Coin-back Festival Offer is valid on all orders placed between 16 September, 2022 to 21 September, 2022.
