Hello Community,
As per our previous announcement, at 12:30 PM (IST) on 26th July 2023, we will delist the trading pairs TRADE/INR and GARI/INR on Spot and then cancel all pending spot trade orders.
However USDT pairs, i.e. TRADE/USDT & GARI/USDT will continue to be available on the platform to trade. To ensure funds are not stuck, please follow the below mentioned steps.
Steps for CoinDCX Pro App
Step 1: Go to ‘Markets’ in the ‘Spot’ section
Step 2: Search for the token being delisted and click on it
Step 3: Click on Sell
Step 4: Enter the amount of tokens you possess in order to sell them for USDT. The credited USDT can be used for subsequent trading.
Steps for CoinDCX Website
Step 1: Log into https://coindcx.com/ with your registered CoinDCX credentials
Step 2: Hover your cursor on the Pro drop-down menu, and then click on Spot
Step 3: Click on VISIT SPOT. Please refer to the image below
Step 4: The page would open with https://coindcx.com/trade/BTCINR (image below). In the “Search Coins” tab, please type in the coin name ”TRADE”
Step 5: TRADE/USDT pair will filter out, please click on that and you will see the SELL TRADE options on the bottom right corner of your screen
Step 6: Click on SELL TRADE and enter the amount of TRADE tokens you possess in order to sell them for USDT (refer image below)
The credited USDT can be used for subsequent trading.
