Dear Traders,
2-Factor Authentication will be mandatory for all sub-accounts on CoinDCX Pro starting from 29/06/2020 at 8:00 PM (IST). This will improve the level of security of your sub-account and prevent the likelihood of any unauthorized access. Two-Factor Authentication can be implemented via 2 methods:
- SMS based 2FA – Receiving One-Time Password as a message on your mobile number
- Authenticator App – Using a trusted app like Google Authenticator
All active sessions will be discontinued for users without the phone number or authenticator app integration on 29/06/2020 at 8:00 PM (IST). You will have to login to access your account and complete the verification process.
Here are the following steps you should take:
- Add mobile number
- Bind your subaccounts with Google Authenticator App
Note – Withdrawals will be blocked for 24 hours after you set up Two Factor Authentication on CoinDCX Pro
