Please note that our bank account details for Instant IMPS/NEFT/RTGS option has changed effective May 04, 2021 . Please ensure you only transfer funds to the new bank account i.e. Paytm Payments Bank.
You will find the new account number in the INR Wallet section.
Please add our new deposit account details to your netbanking before you make your next deposit.
Any payments made to the old bank account i.e ICICI Bank will not go through on IMPS and will be reversed back to your account within 2 hours on NEFT and RTGS.
We are aware that some of our users have been having issues with INR deposits over the last few days. We’re working on resolving all open tickets related to this ASAP.
Note: This change does not affect other payment options like Mobikwik & Standard Bank Deposit.
