CoinDCX app and CoinDCX Pro app/website will be unavailable for 5 hours from 11:00 PM [23rd April 2023] till 04:00 AM [24th April 2023] for planned system maintenance. This downtime is planned to conduct system maintenance and database upgrades on all the concerned platforms [CoinDCX app, CoinDCX Pro app/website].
Here’s how the downtime would affect different trading products:
Spot INR Orders

- Limit orders will remain open but will not be executed during this downtime.
- You would not be able to create, edit or cancel orders during this downtime.
- You will not be able to access charts, history, PnL and other trading related services during this downtime.
Futures / Margin / C2C (Crypto-to-Crypto) Spot Orders

- Your margin and future positions will not be liquidated if the prices go beyond your liquidation price. You will also not be able to make any adjustments during this downtime.
- Stop Loss (Limit and Market) and Take Profit (Limit and Market) orders will not be executed during this downtime unless the price has already been triggered prior to the downtime.
- All C2C, margin and futures limit orders will get executed if their prices are reached as per the price changes on those pairs on the partner exchanges. However, updated orders will be visible only once the downtime is completed.
- You would not be able to create, edit or cancel orders during this downtime.
- You will not be able to access charts, history, PnL and other trading related services during this downtime.
- We recommend you to place your trades and manage existing positions accordingly.
For CoinDCX App/Pro/Web:

- All services will be unavailable during this downtime.
- We recommend you to place your trades and manage existing positions accordingly.
Crypto Deposits & Withdrawals*

- *This is applicable for only those users who have access to crypto deposit and withdrawal facilities.
- Orders will be honored but users will be able to view the same only after the downtime is completed.
