We are deeply concerned about the delays you may have experienced in INR deposits and would like to update you on the current status from our end, giving you the full context.
Due to increased volumes and congestion on the Banking networks, we are currently experiencing delays in INR deposits done through Standard Bank Deposit (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) and MobiKwik.
Standard Bank Deposits can take upto 72 hours
Note 👉 Please raise a Deposit Request on the CoinDCX Android App/Web App before you make the transfer. Deposits without a Deposit Request will not be credited to your wallet.
SLA for MobiKwik Deposits can take upto 24 hours
Note 👉 Service charge of 1.5% + applicable taxes are charged by MobiKwik on all transfers
