From 26th June 2023 onwards, we will discontinue the option of adding funds in your CoinDCX wallet via the paymode Netbanking – IMPS (through our old Equitas bank account). We request you to ensure that you transfer funds only to our new paymode – Quick Bank Transfer (through our IDBI bank account).
You can find the new bank account details when you select the Quick Bank Transfer payment option while adding money into your CoinDCX wallet. Our new paymode is faster and hassle-free. No need to enter any transaction reference numbers.

- What action is required from my end?
Add the new CoinDCX beneficiary details on your banking app to add funds to your CoinDCX account. Kindly note that any payment already made to the old bank account will be refunded into your CoinDCX wallet in up to 30 working days by your banking partner.

- Will INR deposits be delayed due to this change?
No. All deposits and withdrawals will continue to be processed within regular timelines with 0% fees.

- Does this change affect other payment options too?
No. All other payment options will continue to operate normally.
