Spot Trading Pairs Removal Notice | 16 March 2023
Dear Community,
We at CoinDCX regularly review each crypto asset listed on our platform to ensure the highest level of quality. When a coin or token no longer meets this quality level, we conduct a more in-depth review and potentially remove it. We believe this best protects all our users.
We will remove and cease trading on 20 trading pairs from Spot Market on CoinDCX Pro on 16 March 2023. Other pairs for these tokens are still available on CoinDCX Pro for Spot trading. Please read the complete information shown on the timeline below.
Important to note:

- At 03:00 PM (IST) on 16 March 2023, we will delist the following listed trading pairs on Spot and then cancel all pending spot trade orders: CHESS/BUSD, APT/BUSD, XRP/BUSD, SCRT/BUSD, LTC/BUSD, MOB/BUSD, PORTO/BUSD, CVP/BUSD, ATM/BUSD, STORJ/BUSD, GHST/BUSD, KP3R/BUSD, NEO/BUSD, NEAR/BUSD, ACA/BUSD, XNO/BUSD, API3/BUSD, DODO/BUSD, QNT/BUSD, ONE/BUSD.
- Users can still trade these tokens on the following trading pairs available on CoinDCX Pro Spot.

USDC Fee Back Month and Earn Festival
How to participate in USDC Fee Back Month?

- Campaign period: 4th March, 2023 12:00 AM to 31st March, 2023 until 11:59 PM.
- Participants can participate using CoinDCX app and web.
- Each Participant who trade in USDC token on Spot or Insta during the campaign period will receive a refund of their trading fee upto a maximum limit of Rs. 500/- (“Refund”).

How to participate in USDC Earn Festival Campaign?

- Campaign period : 3rd February 2023 till 31st March 2023.
- 13% APY will be offered if the USDC token is deployed on EARN only during the campaign period.
- Existing holders of USDC may also deploy their token on Earn in order to stand a chance to generate 13% APY on their deployed USDC.

*USDC Fee Back Month Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions shall govern the Fee-back month on USDC Campaign (“Campaign”). The Participant (as defined below) hereby agrees that they have read and understood the terms of the Risk Disclosure and the Privacy Policy governing the use of the online platforms operated by Neblio Technologies Private Limited (“CoinDCX”).
Where “Participant” shall mean and include
(i) a user registered and currently transacting on CoinDCX as per its rules;
(ii) is a citizen of India and above 18 years of age;
(iii) is compliant to all KYC requirements and complies with any campaign/ promotional event level requirement;
(iv) has received a specific communication/ invite/ SMS/ notification regarding the Campaign from CoinDCX.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the terms of use of CoinDCX:

- Once the Participant has received the Refund, the Participant shall not be entitled for any further refund on any prospective trades placed during the Campaign Period.
- Multiple sign ups from the same device will be disqualified to avail any Refund and the Participant shall be ineligible to participate in the Campaign. Further, CoinDCX shall have a right in its sole discretion to reverse any Refund/ rewards under the Campaign, whether declared or not.
- The Refund shall be distributed as per the internal process followed by CoinDCX. However, if there is a technical failure or any unforeseen circumstances, these timelines may not be met by CoinDCX. CoinDCX does not undertake any liability for the same.
- CoinDCX shall have the sole right and discretion to decide and declare the eligible Participant for any Refund/ rewards under the Campaign. The Participant hereby waives all rights to dispute any decision of CoinDCX in this regard and CoinDCX does not undertake any liability, responsibility or guarantee towards any Participant.
- CoinDCX holds all rights to revoke the Refund or any rights therein in case of any fraud, breach of network security, misrepresentation, negligence, any activity in order to avail the Refund by any illegal or immoral means, breach of applicable law or terms herein by any Participant. CoinDCX shall have a right to proceed against the Participant in a manner as CoinDCX may deem fit.
- CoinDCX reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, modify, cancel the Campaign or any terms contained herein for any or all of its Participant(s).
- The Participant, by participating in this Campaign, hereby agrees and grants their consent to CoinDCX for sharing their in-app activity with each other including any survey, statistics etc.
- The Participant who participates in the Campaign under any sub-broker/ sub-account shall be disqualified.
- The Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that CoinDCX does not undertake any guarantee or warranty on the quality of any third party product or service being distributed under the Campaign as Refund and shall not be liable for any defects or discrepancies.
- The Participant shall indemnify and keep CoinDCX indemnified at all times for and against any loss, costs, damages, expenses, liabilities, claims arising out of any breach by the Participant of the terms contained herein or of any applicable laws.

Important Update on TDS Certificate for Filing ITR
Dear Customer,
We’d like to inform you that in order to generate a TDS certificate, firstly it is required for us to file the TDS amount with the government. The utility for filing crypto TDS (194S) is currently not live from the government’s end, and the official deadline for filing has been extended up to November 30, 2022. Please note that this deadline may further extend if the utility is not live.
We understand this can be troublesome, but please do not worry. Once this utility is live, we will upload the data and generate certificates for the users and share the same at the earliest.

Facing Issues With Withdrawal Amount Credit?

There seems to be a technical issue related to withdrawal services at the banking partner’s end. Hence, there might be a delay of up to 24-48 hours in processing your INR withdrawal requests. Although the maximum expected wait time is around 48 hours, sometimes because of reasons out of our control, this could take a little longer.

Facing issues with Bank Account Verification? Try this solution👇

There seems to be an issue with the bank account number provided by you while doing your bank account verification. Here are some possible reasons why this could have happened:

- Incorrect account number entered.
- Dormant account number, i.e. the bank account has been deactivated by the bank due to no recent activity.
- IFSC code entered might be incorrect (Click here to know more on IFSC code issues).
Here’s how you can resolve it:

- Check your account number and ensure to enter it exactly as mentioned in your bank statement or passbook or netbanking
- Confirm that your account is not dormant and has been active/used recently.

IFSC code not working? Try this solution👇
Dear Customer,
The IFSC code provided by you seems to be incorrect. Here’s why this could have happened and how you can resolve it.

- The IFSC code entered by you does not match the IFSC code for the banks supported by CoinDCX. You can easily check your bank’s IFSC code, in the account details of your banking app or in your cheque book. You can also contact your bank, or search for the IFSC code on Google using your bank & branch name online.
- The IFSC code might have been revised by your bank; for example, in the case of the bank being merged or acquired by another bank, like the recently merged banks, say Vijaya bank, the user’s IFSC code has been now revised to the IFSC code of Bank of Baroda.
- As of March 30, 2021, IFSC codes for the following banks have been changed : Andhra Bank, Allahabad Bank, Corporation Bank, Dena Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Syndicate Bank, United Bank of India, and Vijaya Bank*.
Please recheck the IFSC code for your bank and enter the correct one to add your bank account on CoinDCX. You can also check if your bank is supported by CoinDCX in this list.
