In case you are facing any trouble, just move your cursor on the Support button of our website as shown in the image and you will see two options, i.e., Chat with US & Submit an issue.

You can raise a support ticket if your query is not resolved by the above-mentioned steps or in case you have to drop us a feedback. As mentioned earlier, once you click on the Support button, you can view the option of ‘Submit an issue’. Click on it and you will be redirected to the Support ticket page.

We have only one support channel, i.e., raising a ticket on our website through the support page. However, users can connect with us on the below-mentioned mediums to know the status of their query by sharing the ticket number and for all other updates.
