What’s a Diwali party without games?
Here’s your invitation to join a fun ‘Diwali Game Zone’ organized by CoinDCX. Dates are set – 11th November 2023, to 13th November 2023. All you have to do is join us on our official accounts for the fun games and win prizes worth up to ₹40,000.

What?
Diwali Game Zone is a 3-day fun-filled event of games on the official X (formerly known as Twitter) handle of CoinDCX—rules to be declared on the day of each contest.

Terms and Conditions:
Diwali Activity Zone (“Campaign”) commencing from November 11, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. (IST) till 13th November 2023 11:59 p.m. (“Campaign Period”) is open for a Participant, who:
(i) complies with onboarding requirements and any campaign/ promotional event level requirement;
(ii) a new user who downloads the CoinDCX app and registers himself as a user;
(iii) a user already registered and currently transacting on CoinDCX platform as per its rules
(iv) has a valid account on a social media platform – Twitter
General Campaign Terms

During the Campaign Period, Neblio Technologies Private Limited (“CoinDCX”) shall organize 3 different activities (as mentioned below) on its official Twitter account.

Each winner shall be entitled to receive a virtual digital asset worth INR 1000 from a total reward pool of INR 40,000. The winners will be decided basis the response mentioned by Participation and shall be decided by CoinDCX in its sole discretion.

A gif with multiple token names would be posted on the official twitter handle of CoinDCX, the Participant shall take the screenshot of the gif displaying the name of the VDA the Participant is willing to win.Participant shall mention the identified names in the comment section of the post with #DiwaliGameZone as the hashtag. |

Activity 2 |
A rangoli design would be displayed on the official Twitter handle which would have some VDA’s names hidden, Participants shall use its skill and identify the same. The identified names should be mentioned in the comment section with #DiwaliGameZone as the hashtag |

Activity 3 |
There will be a gif of the diya posted on the official Twitter handle, Participant shall take a screenshot of the lightened diya when it’s lighten up and share the same in the comments section with #DiwaliGameZone as the hashtag |

Initial Participants as mentioned against each activity during the Campaign Period will be rewarded.

Final winners will be announced on 17th November 2023 by 11.59 pm.

After the winners are announced, the Reward will be distributed into each winner’s wallet within 7 (seven) working days of such announcement. However, if there is a technical failure or unforeseen circumstances, these timelines may not be met by CoinDCX. CoinDCX does not undertake any liability for the same.

10% TDS will be debited from reward value.

Participants who would have multiple sign ups from the same device will be disqualified to avail any reward. Further, CoinDCX shall have a right to reverse any rewards received during the Campaign Period.

The manner in which reward be distributed shall be as per the internal process followed by CoinDCX. However, if there is a technical failure or unforeseen circumstances, these timelines may not be met by CoinDCX. CoinDCX does not undertake any liability for the same.

CoinDCX shall have the sole right and discretion to decide and declare the eligible Participants for the Campaign. The Participants hereby waives all rights to dispute any decision of CoinDCX in this regard and CoinDCX does not undertake any liability, responsibility or guarantee towards any Participant.

CoinDCX holds all rights to revoke the reward or any rights therein in case of any fraud, breach of network security, misrepresentation, negligence, any activity in order to avail the reward by any illegal or immoral means, breach of applicable law or terms herein by any User. CoinDCX shall have a right to proceed against the User in a manner as CoinDCX may deem fit.

CoinDCX reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, modify, cancel the Campaign or any terms contained herein for any or all of its Participant(s).

The Participants, by participating in this Campaign, hereby agree and grant their consent to CoinDCX for sharing their in-app activity with each other including any survey, statistics etc.

The Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that CoinDCX does not undertake any guarantee or warranty on the service being provided by a third-party platform and shall not be liable for any defects or discrepancies.

The Participants shall indemnify and keep CoinDCX indemnified at all times for and against any loss, costs, damages, expenses, liabilities, claims arising out of any breach by the Participants of the terms contained herein or of any applicable laws.
